The Cal-Tex CT7001 is an integrated circuit from the early 1970's
that provides a multiplexed six-digit clock output as well as
calendar functions.
It may also have been sold by Radio Shack with their part number 276-1756. If you have spare CT7001 chips or other early timekeeping circuits that are gathering dust, please send me an e-mail. I can put them to good use!
